Setting Up Payment Methods as a Buyer
As a buyer, you can add multiple payment methods to your account for a seamless checkout experience. GENDA securely stores your payment information for future purchases.

- Go to your Payment Settings
- Click "Add Payment Method"
- Select "Credit or Debit Card"
- Enter your card details
- Add a billing address
- Click "Save Card"

Managing Payment Methods
Setting a Default Payment Method
Your default payment method will be automatically selected at checkout. To set a default, go to Payment Settings and click "Set as Default" next to your preferred method.
Removing Payment Methods
To remove a payment method, go to Payment Settings and click the three dots next to the payment method, then select "Remove". Note that you must have at least one payment method if you have active orders.
Updating Card Information
If your card expires or information changes, you can update it by going to Payment Settings, finding the card, and clicking "Edit". You'll need to enter the security code for verification.

Yes. GENDA never stores your complete card details on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption and tokenization through our payment processors. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and we comply with PCI DSS standards.
Bank account verification typically takes 1-3 business days. We use micro-deposits (small deposits under $1) to verify ownership of your account. Once you confirm these amounts in your GENDA account, your bank will be verified and ready for payouts.
If your payout is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, first check your Seller Dashboard for any notifications about holds or issues. If everything appears normal, contact GENDA Support with your order numbers and they can investigate the delay.
