Frequently Asked Questions
Once a buyer confirms receipt of the item, the payment is processed within 1-2 business days to your connected payment method. For new sellers, there may be a holding period of up to 7 days.
If a buyer requests a refund, review the reason carefully. You can offer a partial or full refund directly through the order management panel. If you can't reach an agreement, either party can open a dispute for GENDA to mediate.
