Standard Fee Structure
GENDA charges a percentage of the item's final sale price plus a flat fee per transaction. The percentage decreases as the item price increases, benefiting sellers of higher-priced items.

Frequently Asked Questions
Fees are automatically deducted from the sale price when a transaction is completed. You'll only pay fees when your item sells, and they'll be clearly itemized in your transaction history.
No, GENDA does not charge fees on shipping costs. However, if you include shipping in your item price instead of charging separately, fees will apply to the entire amount.
If a return is approved and processed, GENDA will refund the fees proportional to the refund amount. For partial refunds, fees are refunded based on the percentage of the order refunded.
GENDA doesn't charge any upfront listing fees. You can list as many items as you want for free. Fees are only charged when your items sell.
You can view a detailed breakdown of all fees in your Seller Dashboard under "Sales History" or "Finance." Each transaction includes an itemized receipt showing the original price, fees, and your net earnings.
